Kayla Williams

Kayla started off her experience in college as a campus leasing agent at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign while earning her Bachelor’s in Social Work. Kayla ties in her social work skills with her leasing skills. Focusing on building relationships, compassion for helping people find their place, and being empathic during the apartment search while identifying each client’s wants and needs. After graduating Kayla spent time working as a leasing agent for Class A luxury property management companies. This helped her gain knowledge and experience at new luxury high rise lease ups, micro apartments, and neighborhood walk ups. Kayla has a niche for areas such as West Loop, South Loop, Medical District, and Streeterville. With expertise as an on-site agent, personal experience living in many of Chicago’s unique neighborhoods, and knowing the ins and outs of the leasing process Kayla can walk you through securing a lease for the apartment on your vision board!
