Nicole Goodnight

Nicole, born and raised in Evanston, IL ( Chicago Suburb) and holds a Bachelors in Mass Communications and a Masters in Business. Nicole took a leap of faith over 8 years ago and jumped from Journalism to Real Estate and never looked back. Nicole, has been a part of 6 luxury lease-ups throughout the city. Most recently she was the Leasing Manager for Avenir River West and Avra West Loop, which leased up in less than 9 months. She specializes in personal connection and helping people find their homes based on lifestyle, needs and interest. Nicole loves introducing clients to hidden gem neighborhoods in the city! She believes in transparency, connection and building relationships. After taking some time off to have a baby, Nicole had a vision to create a team of professionals with like minds to help people find their dream apartments.  The Windy Luxe group was founded, out of passion and purpose.
